SHIFT, the region’s leading marketing & distribution company of consumer electronic accessories, hosted #TechFashionDXB16 show - Dubai’s first tech-fashion event on 17th of October, 2016 at The Fridge warehouse in Al Serkal Avenue. The event showcased a curated selection of the latest top mobile accessories and gadgets along with the global launch of iPhone 7 accessories and acted as a platform for retailers, media and bloggers to get a first look at how technology has become fused with fashion in the 21st century.

GCA helped Uzurii, a luxury footwear brand from Europe launch their latest collections in Dubai at O'de Rose concept boutique. The beautiful sandals are incredibly detailed and hand crafted - which we got a sneak peak of how each pair is created at the event!

GCA was lucky enough to spend an evening with Head Sommelier from the One&Only; Resort in Cape Town, Luvo Ntezo, where we learned all about South African wines. We discovered hidden flavors and nodes in each glass while learning how to pair different types with different dishes!

As part of GCA's work for African + Eastern, one of our tasks was to mirror Ciroc's global 'On arrival’ campaign, shot by one of the most sought-after fashion photographers in the world: Mario Testino. In order to achieve a campaign to compliment the theme and standard of the Ciroc's global campaign, we teamed up with Harper's Bazaar Arabia and Esquire Middle East to shoot our own version of #MyArrivalDXB in Dubai.
